to lose 90 lbs!! When I weighed myself earlier this week I weighed 270! 180 may still seem like a lot to weigh but when I was at my healthiest playing basketball and softball that is how much I weighed, well a little more than that.
I have gained about 40 lbs in the last 2 years, I have had two babies in 2 years.
Anyone else got a lot of weight to lose?
I want to lost about 90 more lbs myself. I haven't really started yet either as I'm dealing with some severe anxiety issues and really need to get that under control, but this place is definitely motivational.
I have 134 pounds to lose. Are you a calorie counter? When I started counting calories I started consistently losing weight. It’s a little daunting at first but when you get it down it works like a charm. Good luck to you on your journey.
