I currently live in Hawaii and just lookin to make new friends and gain support while trying to lose weight!!!
I'm so tired of being PHAT! I'm 345/341/200. I am not on any type of diet just eating healthier and excersizing more. I guess doing it the old fashioned way. Slowly but surely.
I started eating better by eating more fruits veggies and lean meats. I walk 2 miles 3 to 4 times a week. I started April 1st, and now April 30th, I have gone from 345 to 341. It's not much but it's something!?
