i couldn't really find a section to put this in ,
but i hope it can be excused .
my boyfriend is gone on a trip for another week and today was my first day in ketosis ! we do lots of kissing , as we are in love .
i can taste an awful taste in my mouth , and it would definitely turn me off .
so i'm just wondering if there's anything to help prevent it ? i know i can't , but i heard fresh parsley ? gum ? mints ? listerine ? brushing before ? anything else ?
i usually chew gum around him anyway , and i'm used to gum in my mouth when kissing , but will this taste / smell be as noticable to him as it is to me ? or am i just being too worried ? it would kill me to cut down on the kissing because of this..
kissing in ketosis ? !
