I think this is my third time trying to use this site as a tool for my journey. lets hope this time is a charm... so because this is the welcoming thread, here are 5 facts on why i came back.
1. i have 10 months to lose as much weight as possible, before my 30th birthday, as a gift for myself.
2. i love love love intense sports and exercises (running, cycling, p90xing)
3. when i research nutrition and diet stuffs, i inevitably land up here
4. i have hypothyroidism and am tired of playing the victim
5. i need help losing weight. mainly, i need help with motivation.
i think that may be it for now. i know this community is super awesome and very kind, AND i made this site my homepage... so no excuses this time
