hello! I'm very new to this site, I have been overweight my whole life and never knew what to do about it, no matter the amount of exercise or crazy diets I tried they never worked! So finally i spoke to my doctor about it and she told me I have PCOS which makes losing weight difficult. I love that now I know I'm not the only one struggling with this and there are many more out there, thank you .

Welcome LRN, Glad to have you join us. My advice is to look for a Support group, Chat, or Challange to join; small groups make it easier to get connected. Most sub-forums have groups covering almost every need, find one that inspires or motivates you and just post to join. Be sure to check out the PCOS subforum
