Hi there~
Ah yes, the notorious "freshman 15". For me, it was back in the 70's (hard to believe I'm that old).....but from my recollections, it was mainly due to 1) all sorts of fattening choices in the dining hall, 2) snack machines in the dormitory buildings and 3) having to stay up late studying many nights, especially for exams....and night is when my cravings would kick in.....or at the very least, I'd need another meal (extra meal).
The funny thing is...years from now, after pregnancies, etc......you will remember back and think, "67?? And I thought THAT was fat?!! I'd LOVE to weigh that now". You could very well consider "fat" to be a significantly higher number later in life.
But you are young, and likely have a healthy metabolism....and it sounds like you might only need to knock out a few things that got added when you went to college. Do you eat in the dining hall or are you in an off-campus apartment, or still home and commuting?
