Hello everyone my name is Teresa and I am looking to try something new. I recently had a lot of bad things happen and I lost all but a couple of my friends and I am looking to pick up the wreckage that was left start my life over again. I was on diet about 3 years ago and lost 80 lbs but I have put back on 30. I am going to be pushing myself and to lose 70 lbs. I know my downfall is I am an emtional eater and I am going to work on that. I hope that I will be able to meet new people and have help along the way.
This is a great place to find support. We have groups by age range, eating plan, etc, so look around and jump in. Our Chicks in Control forum might also be a good fit...it has a lot of folks dealing with emotional eating/binging, and that might be helpful for you.
