Hi!

I'm 53 years old, and after raising a large family, I would like to go back to work. Maybe at the end of this year, although I still have the last three teens left at home.

But I look horrible and will have trouble getting hired at my age.

So...if I'm going to expand my horizons I need to shrink my waist!

Hi. I'm also new... and in Texas (gulf coast). I just turned 55 last week, and I need to lose 15-20 pounds. I'm a teacher.

Are you using any particular program?
