I'm Sarah and I live in London UK. I have been overweight most of my life and have tried a lot of things to deal with it, but since we entered 2011 the realisation that I am in the year in which my 40th birthday falls has proved to be the best motivation I have ever had! Very luckily for me my birthday is not until November so I can take my weight-loss and fitness slowly - but not too slowly.... I look forward to meeting lots of you and wish you all the very best with your journeys xxxx
