i'm kinda new, i signed up a while ago and didnt really do anything, but now its the new year and i'm going to get married this year! so the weight has to come off i mean really i will not be wearing a dress till it does. so i'm fixing to start jillian micheals 30 day shred and eat sensibly but i am giving up the bread becuase im gluetint intollerant and it is the greatest inhibitor in my wieght loss journey. soon enough im going to post a before picture becuase i feel that if i post a horrible picture for you ladies to see then ill have to redeem myself by posting a really good one in 8 to 9 months lol anyways i hope we can all reach opur golas this year! i just want to be able to wear short shorts! lol thanks for listening to me ramble on and good luck to all of yal!
