Hi! I'm Sue. And I'm new here. I stumbled across this web site somehow and I'm pretty excited. I've weighed myself and measured my waist. Ugh. Now it's time to do something about it!
So here I am:
37 years old
5'8"
224 lbs
BMI of 34
waist: 47"
Ugh.

Want to eventually get to 150 lbs, with a "normal" BMI.
I've been there before, even below it for most of my life. It's been my 30s that have been the weight gaining years. Now to finish them out with weight loss!

You may want to check out our forums by eating plan (Calorie Counters, South Beach, etc) or by age range (30-somethings for you). Look around, find one spot or many where you feel at home, and get going.
