I've been struggling with my weight ever since elementary school, lost a lot in college, and gained it all back in law school (stress eating...not sure the JD was worth it ) Now that I've got school and the bar exam behind me, I figure it's time to tackle my weight once and for all. I really look forward to meeting and talking with other people on the same journey, and those who have already reached their goals! Any advice you all have is most appreciated!
Find a plan that you can live with! That is my advice! There are so many weight loss options but you just have to figure out what you are willing to do and stick with! It took me awhile to find and figure out but I am really enjoying my plan... it works for me and I can stick to it. Peruse all the things everyone on this site does and maybe something will appeal to you!
