Hi, I am here as part of my new intensity to lose weight.


I'm 56, live in Texas and am a relapsed life member of WW. Currently I've been following WW and have been losing just over half a pound a week. This has been coupled with working out several days a week, both weight training and cardio. I've been happy that I've stuck with it, but less happy with the slow loss. I've come to realize that while I've done OK I don't want to spend the next 2 years to get to my goal weight.


So, I've rededicated myself to more intensity and focus on weight loss and think being here will help.
