---Long Winded Background Info---
I've been wrestling with depression and anxiety for the better part of my life. I internalize emotions rather than expressing myself. Up to now I've been coping by stuffing myself with junk food and/or eating until I feel pain. More recently, my stress has caused tooth damage and sore jaw muscles due to teeth clenching/grinding at night. Having to get a night guard made me realize how much damage I've been doing to myself. I've been taking many positive steps to correct the way my life has been heading, but I still have very low energy, and extra weight which just doesn't feel comfortable. Getting fit and loosing the extra weight are some of the most important goals of mine, and I need the accountability of posting here(and a personal blog someday) to keep me on track and meeting people with similar goals.

175 lbs/26.6 BMI--Current weight/BMI
160 lbs/24.0 BMI--Mini goal: healthy BMI! wee!
140-145 lbs/21.7 BMI--Goal: averaged out healthy BMI (current tentative goal)
