Default New to the forum and need to lose weight
Hi I am new here.

I had the perfect figure growing up and even after 3 children still had a good figure. All turned to custard after my 4th baby was born 11 years ago and I have been fighting my weight ever since.

I heard about the upday downday diet totally by accident and searched it and found this forum. I am getting very tired of carrying around all my extra blubber and need to lose at least 20 kilograms. I snack a lot and cannot get enough of milk, chocolate, cheese and biscuits so I know why I am fat.

I think I just eat for the sake of eating. My mouth has to be constantly chewing!!!

What to do!!! I think I need serious help.
