Hey, I'm 23 years old and my CW is 218. I started losing weight last March at 253, but I stopped during the summer because I am a weakling.
I did manage to maintain though, so part of me sees it as a rehearsal of sorts for the future.
I'm back at college now, so I decide what to eat and when and I'm hoping that I'll keep losing weight, like I did before summer. I want to reach 130 pounds, but I don't really care about pounds as much as I do about the way my body will look, so I might reconsider. Oh, I'm also greek, so excuse my english!
