Default New and looking for support
Hey everyone! I came across this site last night when I couldn't sleep and I think this website is great! I've been looking for a place where I can be motivated and get support. I think I've found it. My current weight is 240. I've been at this weight for so long it feels impossible to lose anything but I'm determined to do it. My ultimate goal is 140. I've been down to 175 before but quickly gained it back. I'm ready to stick with it! So here it goes...

WELCOME!!! I'm right there with you at 243 and my ultimate ultimate goal would be 140 which is the weight on my driver license from when I was 21! This site has been a great motivator so far
