New here... I am hoping posting will help get me back on track. I am at my highest weight since my wedding 4 years ago. The main reason for my weight gain is that I quit smoking 1/1/09 and decided to focus only on that, if I gained weight so what...I don't think that was such a great idea now. I am still not smoking
, but gained an easy 10-15 lbs in the process

I am going to start running again today (had to stop due to injury) and going to start P90X on Monday! I am very excited
and have set a very reasonable goal of 2 pounds per week!
Does anyone know if there is a food diary on here? I am still trying to figure things out...
