Default "Hello" this yo-yo dieter is starting again!
Hi! I am starting this journey again after many years of reaching goal then going right back. I have been a yo-yo dieter for as long as I can remember...I want to STOP this time and make this a lifestyle change for me. Why do I do this to myself? I don't know why But today is a NEW day and I really want it this time! I am going to a friends house tonight for a weight-loss meeting that she is starting up. It really helps to have people around you that are in the same situation as you. I hope to make some friends on here and give and get some encouragement!
