Default Intro. New to 3FC :)
Hello everyone, my name is Pam and I just stumbled on this website just yesterday after I finished my workout.

I was looking for a good online weight loss support group and this one looked very promising. I am so happy to be here surrounded by so much motivation. It will bring my goal weight much closer being around individuals who are on the same boat as me

I had my first baby 5 months ago and gained 50lbs. I have only lost 25 so far. I was 145 before pregnancy and I am hoping to go down to 135.
I started counting calories and working out last Wednesday and I have already lost 3 lbs. Yay!

I'm very excited to meet people here and I wish everyone a wonderful weight loss journey.

Welcome to 3FC and congrats on your baby! I'm glad you decided to join and I'm sure that you'll find that this site is a wonderful source of inspiration and support. There are so many things to learn here and so many people who can relate.
