Hi. I'm 55 with 2X55lbs to lose.

My demons are currently asleep in a box but my doctor is keen that I should start waking them up and looking at them again. I'm sure she's right but I can't do 2 things at once, so I'm concentrating on the weight for the moment. I am sure that once I've defeated that, I'll feel stronger about opening the box.

Good luck! (and what plan do you have to lose the weight?)

I'm also over 50 and have more than 50 to lose (even though I've already lost 60). You'll find plenty of company here at 3FC!
