Looking for support
I have been on my weight loss journey since May 1st. On that day, I stepped on a set of scales that could weight me and was stunned to see 380lbs staring back up at me. Since that day I have lost 55lbs and am now at 325lbs which is still way too much for my 6'4" frame.
A little bit about myself. I am currently going through a divorce and am the single father of a boy and girl both under the age of 3. I am 31 and self employed.
I've done the first 55lbs by myself with no help or feedback from anyone, but now I feel like I need the support of a community of people that know what I am going through. My mini goals are:
August 24th - 299lbs
October 8th - 275lbs
December 25th - 250lbs
May 22nd - 210lbs
I doubt I will hit the August goal, but how good are your goals if you meet them all?
