I've been lurking around here for almost two weeks, and I am so inspired by all of you who are sticking to your plans and meeting your goals! Your stories, advice, and great pictures are helping me to see that weight loss is possible, and I don't think I would still be on my diet, now almost two weeks in, if it weren't for all the people here who have shown me that it CAN be done! So thank you all so very much.
I started my diet at 275 pounds, and I hope to reach 120 pounds. Right now I am counting calories, and limiting myself to 1500 each day. I hope in the near future to be able to include some form of exercise into my daily routine. My favorite forms of activity are swimming and walking. I'm looking forward to eating better, feeling better, becoming more active, and chatting with you all!
