Cool I'm a Newbie
Hi all,

I am new to the group, joined a few days ago but just now got myself all set up. I have recently started a new diet and I am really excited to get going. I have struggled with my weight all my life and it wasn't until recently that I realized that I can do something about it.

I joined this site because I felt that it would be a great place to not only find support but also give some. I'd love to meet some new friends, also, so that also spurred on my joining.

Hello Alex, and everyone else! I'm new as well... I'm kind of having trouble navigating the site though.. I don't know how to post threads and I really want one of the time lines with out goal weights on it.. Could somebody please help?
