Smile Hello Everyone
I am so glad that I have found this site. I am needing support and direction. I am 39 years old and have been battling my weight since the age of 27, when I was misdiagnosed as being bipolar. After being put on an arsenal of drugs and the side effect of major weight gain, they have discovered I was borderline hypothyroid. I also am diabetic and have PCOS. So in a nut shell, losing weight is a major challenge. I am 39 years old and am tired of weighing 265lbs. I would like to weigh aroung 160 lbs. Anyone who has some advice, I am listening. Welcome to 3FC Lanniedo! This is such a great site to get support, inspiration, recipes, workout ideas, etc!

There are a lot of people on this site who have great obstacles in their way as far as weight loss is concerned. There are specific forums for PCOS and diabetes. So I think you'll feel right at home here!
