Talking Ready for a new challenge!
So I'm finally fed up with myself! It's time to focus and get myself in the best shape possible (for my wedding) and the rest of my life!! Hi, I'm Lauren. I plan to use the Couch to 5k program and P90x to start getting in shape again. I'm really excited to use this site for support and tracking my success.
