Hi everyone I'm Jamie from Indiana. I'm not really "new" here as I had signed up about 3 years ago. I did really well and lost 34 lbs! But I guess I just thought that once I reached my goal weight then that was was it, so I started to load up on unheathly foods again and exercise was the last thing on my mind. Then I got pregnant with my 3rd child and now I'm up to 195 lbs! So now I am re-dedicating myself to losing weight and KEEPING it off this time. Its gonna be a rough road but I'm ready.
I'm hoping to get the same support as I did before from everyone, this forum is so kind and no one is judgemental. Thanks so much for all the help in advance.
Firstly, I just want to congratulate you on your baby. Hope you're doing alright. Losing weight starts from yourself and your mindset. Seems like you are on your way to losing weight again. Keep up the good work. I know you can do it. If you need help, we're here for you.
