I'm Deb and while I have been working on losing weight for a while, I just joined this site today. I follow the Biggest Loser diet/exercise plans which are working out great for me. So far, I have lost 5 pounds since I started about a week ago.
I think it's great that this community exists and I am glad to have found it, too. I look forward to getting to know others here as well.
