Hi! My name is Megan and for as long as I can remember I've been 'the fat chick'. My weight loss journey began in 2008, when I was 239 pounds, a size 24, and a size 3XL in shirts. In March of 2008, I went on this cheap version of Nutrisystem and lost some weight. Then I went on South Beach and lost more weight....then I fell off the wagon and gained 40 pounds of it back.
So in September of 2008, I went on Medifast. When I started MF, I was at 220 pounds. So far I've lost 82 pounds and am at 138. I wear a size 8/10 (which I've NEVER been able to do!) and a Large in shirts.
I have 17 pounds to go before I hit my goal weight of 122. It's scary how achievable that goal is!

122? Wow, that sounds scary in itself... but at 5'3 I guess that isn't so bad. I think my kids were born weighing more than that though, lol.
