Default Hii, Need Motivation Pleasse

Hii I'm 17 And I Am So Tired Of Being The Fat One.
Soo I've Been Bigg All My Life Until I was About 12 I stopped Eating As Much And Went From a Size 16 to a 12. Yes I Was 12 aha.
I Then Started Eating The Same Stuff Again and Gained Weight, i Gain weight Rapidly By The Way. I YoYo From 17stone To 19stone. I'm 5'8 And Currently 18stone 8Pounds Which Makes Me a Size 22/24. I want To Get To 11stone Which Is Ideal For My Weight, So I Need To Lose 8stone 7pounds. I've Tried Diet Pills, Not Eating Everything. I'm Going To Try The Natrual Way Eating Healthy And Exercise. I'm 18 At The Begining Of Septemeber And I Dont Want To Be This Size AnyMore. I Thought I Was Happy Until I Reealised That I Dont Socialise Much. I've Never Been Bullied About My Weight But Theres Been The Odd Comment That All Big People Get. I'm Quite Shy But I'd Like Someone Who Has Alot Of Weight To Lose Like Me To Share Weight Loss Tips and Stories.

I'd love to lose weight with you. I'm 17 as well! I weigh about 15 stones, if I measured that right. Haha. I have tried to lose weight twice. I drink too much soda and junk, thats my problem. I'm addicted to that stuff. I'm Diamond and we can totally share tips and stories if you want to.

Hii Diamond Yeah That Would Be Great, I'm Tell . Yeah Fizzy Drinks Are My Downfall Aswel. How Long Have You Been 15stone? I've been 18stone 7 for about 2years now and its getting really boring aha x

hey girls
im 17 also, 18 in a month! im 11stone and something pounds, i jumped off the scales when i saw i was 11stone! im fat, im 5ft 4 but i hate my shape. Im going on a girly holiday in July and there is NO way i will be wearing a bikini, ive never worn one before soo im definately not going to now when all the other girls are so sliim! im quite confident and bubbly so people find it strange when they find out how conscious i am! i would LOVE to lose at least a stone i just dont know how?! i dont have time or money to go to the gym.. i jst want to go to sleep and wake up SLIM!!!
if you have any tips to help then that would be fab!! good luck with the weight loss xx

Hii Sally, I Started My Diet Today I Don't Have Money For The Gym Either But I Do Have A Nintendo Wii With All The Fitness Games. So I'm Going Go On That More Often. Since You Only Want To Lose A Stone Or So You Should Try Walking More Or Going Out With Friends. My Favourite Is Just Dancing Around The room To The Now 75 Cd Lol. Good Luck xx

i'm 20, 200 lbs... and i wanna loose tons of weight bfore i get back home and surprise my parent's and my bf... i'm going on june 15... i need a lot more than just inspiration.. though theere are many advising me to... i just wanna make it loud so tht i dun try and run away from reality.

i think we should all get a group together, were all close in age, and probably weight, though im not sure what stone means (someone should tell me) anyway, im 19 and 200 pounds as of this morning. since my heaviest weight ive lost 47 pounds, though the majority of my weight loss was 30-some pounds since last november.

ive struggled for a very long time, with being shy.
but now ive got a boyfriend and he motivates me because believe it or not im 36 pounds heavier than him and would prefer to be 20 pounds less than him.

anyway, id like to reach 145, in order to get my bmi and my weight to a healthy range.

what are your goals and your current motivations?

Hii Crystalynnn, I Agree We should Get a Group Together. There Are 14 Pounds In Every Stone. I weigh about 259lbs, I'm Quite Tall So I Dont Look It That Much But It Still Shows and I Know How Much I Weigh.
Right Now My Mini Goal Is To Lose at Least 1stone 7 (21lbs) Within The Next 3weeks As i Am Going To A Theme Park. I'm Really sacared I Might Not Fit On The Rides.
But My Long Term Goal Is To Lose 8 & half stone (119lbs). This Will Take Me To 11stone(154lbs) I Want To Do All This Before My 18th In September. Its Not Likely Because It's A Big Weight Loss In 5months But I'm Gonna Tryyy.

I Think Its The Embarrasment Of Not Fitting On The Rides That Keeping Me Going At The Moment.

You Can Create The Group If You Like And Let Us Know Good Luck xx

im not really sure how to do it, like create the actual group, but we can all just hang out in this thread. aha.

the rides were the hardest for me because it would squeeze my legs really tight because my thighs are a lot larger than normal. but recently i went and there was not much squeezing at all.

Thats Real Good, I'm Just Hoping That I Fit I Havent Had Any Problems At Theme Parks In The Past Well Maybe Because i was about 30lbs lighter. But i went to a fair last year sometime and couldnt fit on the ride i had to get off. I havent been to one since then. i thought that would changed my attitude towards food, did it ****. I Havent been to a theme park for 2 years though aha. i'm determined to do it this time though because theme parks have more people and i dont want to go through that again I'm glad your boyfriends supporting you through this. xx

yeah he supports me but when i look at him i see him being so much smaller than me and thats what motivates me.

he makes things hard because he loves snacks and sodas.
but the rest of my family loves snacks and sodas too.

so its a little bit like being on my own, but ive got you guys, and you guys have eachother and im here too.

i think the theme park will be calling your name soon!
dont worry about it, ima lose ten pounds to fit into some jeans.

. My Family are all slim and they eat whatever they like, so in the fridge theres a mix of foods so its a real distraction. My biggest down fall is bread, i havent had it for 4 days and its really hard but i'm getting through it. Jeans make me feel really uncomfortable, so i stick to leggins and jeggins. You Can Do It. What was your biggest down fall with food? x

i struggle with snacking in general.
like if i get a little bored i just walk out to the kitchen and snack.
my boyfriends house is filled with snacks too and theyve got little kids so its fruit snacks and candy and cookies.

Hmmm motivation isn't really enough, it sucks on its own because it's temporary and will fail you when you need it the most. Best bet is to look into something called psycho cybernetics - it's a psychological concept whereby you use your imagination to see yourself as being slim in vivid detail in your mind, and is known to be far superior to using just willpower.
