Hello, everyone. My name is Barb and I gained a bunch of pounds a year and a half ago when I quit smoking. I have been exceptionally frustrated with the extra weight...stopping smoking is supposed to make ya feel good and be healthy...not feel fat and sluggish. So...I just started an exercise and weight loss program 2 weeks ago. I needed to lose 93 lbs, but I've lost 12 so far, so now I have less to lose.
I hope this is a great site with lots of folks who neeed help and lots of folks who can give help...and that I have occasion to do both.
