Hello, newbie to this site but far from a newbie at trying to lose weight.
I have tried many diets, the one that helped me lose the most was Atkins…it was also the one that I then gained the most after I just got so sick of eating the same things and fell off the low carb wagon!
The most I have ever weighed is 252lbs and my recent slimfast diet saw me lose some and I got down to 227lbs however Christmas happened etc and I am now at 232, not too bad a weight gain since December, yes, but not going the right way either!
I start off so well with diets, my motivation high, my belief that “this one will work” strong, but in the end I rebel against the constrictions, “forbidden foods” lists and “you must eat this at this time” orders get all too much, voice authority like for me
So…
Paul McKenna and his 4 golden rules is now where I find myself, eating what I want when I am hungry sounds too good to be true but if it works who am I to question it.
Looking for support in general and hopefully support from those who are actually doing it the 4 golden rules way.
I wish everyone the best of luck in their weight loss goals however they get there!
