Thumbs up Hello
My husband and I have been dieting since Jan. 4th 2010. I am doing Ideal Protein and he is basically doing the same just not getting the IP Packets.
We are both 43, I weigh 196 (at 5'5") he is 266 (at 6'5") at beginning.

Results as of 30 days:
He has lost 26 lbs.
I have lost 20 lbs.


Clothes are loose, and we are fitting into old favorites again!!!
