Hi, all, just another intro!
I've had weight/food issues for as long as I can remember. I was a binge eater until I was thirteen and realized how much I hated my body, and became bulimic/overexcerciser/severe restricting. I lost a lot of weight, but then gained a lot of it back. Since then, I've been a chronic yo-yo dieter/disordered eater. I know this is bad for me, and I want to lose weight in a healthy way this time and be able to keep it off. I'm 18 and don't want to waste my youth constantly worrying about my weight. My everyone in my family has weight issues, and I want to break the cycle before it's too late. I hope I can find support here to help me re-learn how to eat without bingeing, puking, or starving.
