Hi everyone! Am I ever glad to be here! I have been battling with my weight for most of my adult life and am constantly bouncing around the scale. I have tried many diets but can never see myself through to a goal weight. I have absolutely no will power and after a few months I go right back to my horrible eating habits and pile the weight back on and then some! I am so glad to have stumbled upon this site and I now feel that I can get on track again knowing there are so many people here that can help and share their successes. Here's to success!
