Hello Everyone. Just dropped in to introduce myself. I am a 33 y/o female from MD who is in need of dropping some pounds. I feel as though I have been dieting since my birth with no results. The scale continues to go in the wrong direction. Looking for support and motivation.

Hi Phat Girl. What type of plan are you using? I created my own plan where I eat small frequent meals (every 3 hours) I've tried various diets in the past but always seemed to gain it back. I have now changed my way of eating instead of dieting.

Right now I'm not doing anything. Just trying to get the motivation to start. A few months ago, I started changing my diet a little at a time. One month I subtracted sodas, the next, sugary cereal, etc. I may end up going back to that as a lifestyle change.
