Hi everyone,

I was here once, briefly. I am starting again tomorrow. I am probably around 230 lbs. at 5'8", the highest ever at age 53. I am going to really need you all. I want my life back before its too late.

Help me help myself, please.

I'm older and shorter and was fatter. 3fc have helped me so much! I know they'll help you too.
