I'm a real newcomer.Last week I posted a note and can't find it now.I'm having trouble navigating the system.I found a recipe from Alana in Canade and would like to get back there. I have at least 30 lbs,maybe more,to lose but I also have IBS,diarrhea type and can't gorge on veggies. I enjoy reading the stories of those who have had large losses,which encourage me.Can someone in struct me please? Dodo
