raec & Trace, being addicted to 3FC is a good thing! It has really helped me stay focused and OP. The ladies here are very supportive. You will quickly learn there are some here that seriously KNOW about weightloss and don't mind sharing their knowledge. I have learned so much already, gotten a ton of support and have been given some fantastic ideas.
