Hi everyone
I'm not new per se' because I joined back in October '08 and let's just say I went awol for quite a while after that. But now i'm back, 5lbs heavier than I was when I first joined and convinced that I need to do something to get my weight in order.
I've started this week pretty well and i'm not only controlling my diet but I have also started jogging again - something I haven't done for a very long time. So my legs ache a little but i'm feeling really good and positive about things.
