I had joined 3FC 6 mons back & lost around 7 lbs. Since then, my job has gotten pretty hectic and I had lost track of 3FC & myself.
I have some time in my hands now and would like to give it another try. I have joined sparkspeople also to track my workout & daily diet. I just came back from a workout of 20 mins in treadmill (1 mile & 100 calories burnt)

I think it's awesome you came back! That was always a hard thing for me. Whenever I start something, if I drop the ball for a while I always hated going back.
