newbie!
hi everyone!
im mel, from MD.
i've decided that its time to lose the weight ive been talking about losing for years!
im 5'3" 217lbs (down 5lbs from my starting weight). ive been working out regularly (about 5 or 6 days a week) i am trying to eat healthy - cutting out white flower, processed foods (as much as possible), junkfood and eating late while still managing to work two jobs, teach theatre, and plan a wedding! (im kinda busy!)
just wanted to say hello! this site is very motivational!
