So I finally decided to get serious about losing some weight and have found sticking to my guns is a LOT harder than I expected. I figured I needed some support from people who were having the same struggles as I am, so here I am! My name's Elyse and I'm from southern California. I'm in my third year in college, studying film.
As far as my personal weight-loss story goes, I'm trying to stick to about 1600 calories a day and workout every day. Lately I've been getting frustrated because of how slow the process is for me and how hard I have to work at it when I see people around me being fit and trim with little to no effort. I'm gradually coming to terms with the fact that weight loss isn't the same for everyone and that I need to stick with my plan if I want to see any results. But! I still need help reminding myself it's all worth it, and that's why I'm here
