Alright, so I'm new here but not new to online "dieting" forums.
Though, the forums I used to go on where a bit more...harmful then helpful, if that makes sense?
I struggled with an eating disorder for several years, though I managed to pull myself out with some help so I'm fine now. Though, I gained a lot of weight through recovery, but tried to stay away from trying to lose weight again because I was scared of falling back into that place.
However, now I think I'm ready to start losing weight the healthy way and just being healthy overall with my diet and exercise.
My story and goal is pretty boring but whatever.
