Hi! I'm new to this site and wanted to make some friends that are are following the Slim 4 life program. I am starting the 3 day prep on Saturday. I was on the program about 8 years ago and lost 87 pounds. I did not go through the maintenance when I finished and therefore gained all of my weight back along with a few more. I am excited to get started. Summer is right around the corner and I just need to feel better overall.
Welcome to 3FC!!! I am not familiar with the Slim 4 Life program. You might check under the general diet thread and start a thread to look for fellow Slim 4 Lifers. As you know, maintenance can be the challenge. What are your plans for maintenance this time around? We have an active maintenance forum and would love to have you! How funny! I just got back from the library and one of the books I checked out was Slim 4 Life. My best friend has been eating this way for about 3 weeks now and loves it. I plan to read the book tonight.
