Hi, I was here in December, but never posted. Not doing well at all, sugar as taken over may day...Want More,,,eat more,,,, want more I am working on Rick Gallop's GI Diet, was on Nutrisystem, which worked, but had bad side affects for sugar alcohol sugar and soy.... so I have gained back 10 lbs of the 20 I lost.

I need help and buddy's. I went on the Sugar Busters site and it was very encouraging I just had a nerve block for bad back problems today so am taking it easy tonight and tomorrow...then Monday have a colonoscopy? ]

So I am ready to really hit things off on Monday, I definitely will be cleaned out ready to take the Sugar Busters plunge and win

So glad you're posting. While gaining some weight back is upsetting, it's great that you're catching yourself at 10 lbs instead of at 20... or even 30!

Check out the areas under Diet Central for people following a similar plan.

I know weight loss can be frustrating. But I promise that if you stick with it, you'll be so glad you did. It's worth every frustration.
