Wink Like so many - making 2009 THE year!


There comes a time when it's kind of a "now or never" feeling -- well at least for me. I'm TIRED of thinking "WHEN I lose weight"......."I'll do that WHEN I lose weight".........."I could wear there WHEN I lose weight". Ugh!

I have a daughter to be healthy for - and only this one body to get me through life. With support from family, friends, and you guys, I'm going to lose 80 lbs in 2009. Can't wait to post my before and after pics!!

Hey there, and

We have many, many groups to settle into, by eating plan, age range, or amount to lose, so look around. You'll find several spots where I'm sure you'll fit right in.

Then, just jump in and keep posting. Can't wait to get to know you better!

I absolutely know where you are coming from. I finally refused to stop making excuses and start living my life the way God intended for me to live it.

Congratulations on taking the initiative to get moving in the right direction.

3FC is a GREAT resource and there are so many wonderful and supportive and wise folk here.

Can't wait to read of your progress!

I am in the same boat. I have 80 lbs to lose in 2009 too. I am going 10 lbs at a time. I cant wait.
