Default Hello!! Newbie from Michigan...
Hi everyone! My name is Daniela and I've been lurking for quite some time now but decided to finally introduce myself, make some friends, get support, and have fun!

I started my weight loss journey in Sept and I've lost 28lbs as of this morning. My goal is to lose 100 lbs I have a couple of mini goals to help me along the way.

1 - Get below 200 by Christmas (a little ambitious but it keeps me motivated)
2 - 175 by May (I have a trip to Hawaii planned)
3 - Final Goal 140 hopefully by next Christmas!

I've done all this by good old fashion calorie counting and exercise

Any tips on where to start on here?

Hey daniela,

I am new here too That is amazing that you have already lost 28 pounds. I am so confused I don't really know what to do so I know I won't be of any help. But I just wanted to say good luck!
