Default Aloha!
Hi there,

I came across this site, and thought...why not!!! I have been battling with my weight for years, and it seems no matter how hard I try, I just can't loose it. I have a food addiction. Most people sort of laugh when they hear that, but I whole heartedly believe it is true. There is not a moment that goes by in my day that I do not think about food. I exercise 5 days a week, and I try to buy only healthy foods.....but food still consumes me. I just can't seem to make the change. Maybe, the support I can get from here might be the "little extra" that I need!
