Hi everyone, I have been snooping around this site for a while... I finally thought what the heck, I need all the support I can get. I am about to turn the big 35, and have worked on my weight my whole life. About 2 months ago I convinced my husband to start "nordic tracking" daily with me for exercise. We have been very faithful to it, so now I need to start looking at my food choices to maximize the effect. I feel soooo much better, but still struggle with the #on the scale. I have read so many of your posts, and think you are a fabulous group of people, and wish success to you all! Let's get MOVING!!!
